Residential Window and Screen Cleaning

Imagine relaxing in your favorite room of the house. You pick up a book, a steaming hot cup of Yorkshire Gold by your side (truly the best of the breakfast teas), and you glance up. The sun gleams through perfectly clear windows.

Your muscles unwind. It doesn’t take much effort, because you never had to move a single piece of furniture. The time you thought you had to spend painstakingly scrubbing each window, using ladders to reach the highest panes, taking the risk of ascending to your roof just for those skylights — that time is yours. And let’s not even begin to think about those screens! You finally have the time to kick back, because you don’t have anything left on your to-do list today. No need to clean up behind those window cleaners; they used drop cloths and even ridiculous-looking little shoe covers just to ensure they didn’t make your life even one bit more difficult. Is it overkill? Not to us. That’s how seriously Bristol Window Cleaning values you.

That’s what it’s like to have Bristol Window Cleaning work for you. Not you as a customer, but you as a person.

FAQs

How will you clean my windows?

When thinking about window cleaning, most people immediately think of squeegees. And we certainly use them, along with brushes and other tools, such as water-fed poles, that mechanically leave your windows spotless. But that’s only half the story!

Have you ever tried to clean a window or mirror with something like Windex or Dawn dish soap? If so, you may have noticed that you’ll end up cleaning it again sooner than expected. While homeowner-grade solvents may work in the short term reasonably well, they actually leave an invisible film that dirt will easily stick to. This means more work, more often.

Instead of using the budget, low quality products, we use a variety of eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are specifically engineered for window cleaning professionals. That means no streaks and no dirt-attracting film. Do they cost over 10 times more than Dawn dish soap, something most other window cleaners use by default? Maybe. But, your windows will stay clean significantly longer, just as they should. And that’s what’s most important to us.

What is a “pure water system”?

Just like any industry, the technology behind window cleaning has evolved over time. One of our most popular tools is a pure water system. By means of a combination of reverse osmosis and de-ionization, we can turn what is normally mineral-rich tap water into the cleanest and most environmentally-friendly cleaning solution available. After flushing the dirt off of a window, a water-fed cleaning system leaves behind nothing but pure, clean H2O — more pure than even naturally filtered rain! That means it will evaporate completely; all water on the window becomes vapor. A perfectly spotless end result!
